Welcome to the 2025 Global Shapers Annual Summit!

Each year, the World Economic Forum brings together over 500 young leaders in Geneva, Switzerland. By connecting young people committed to creating positive change and engaging you in collaborative action, we believe we can build a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Since 2011, the Global Shapers Community has grown into a dynamic network of nearly 20,000 young people driving dialogue, action, and change in more than 500 city-based hubs across 150 countries. Together, you have launched over 3,000 local projects—directly improving the lives of more than 2.5 million people through improved access to education, employment, housing and healthcare. Beyond local impact, you have sparked global initiatives engaging over 15 million people on the issues that matter most to young generations.

The 2025 Global Shapers Annual Summit will focus on accelerating insights and action under the theme, “Next Generation Now.” With more than half the world’s population under 30, your leadership isn’t just the future—it’s shaping our economies, societies, and systems today. With more than 70 sessions co-designed by Global Shapers and our valued partners, the Summit will inspire you to lead boldly—powered by new ideas, practical skills, and global connections.
